The EPY150-V4 uses a hybrid system with 3 servo pumps for hydraulic movements. The EPYS150-V4-EV is a fully electric machine using 10 sets of servo motors for all movements. The EV version is cleaner (no oil), faster, more precise, and energy-efficient, but has a higher initial investment.

2. I have molds for a Japanese ASB-12M machine. Will they fit?

Yes. Both the EPY150-V4 and EPYS150-V4-EV are specifically designed to be compatible with Japanese ASB-12M molds. You can transfer your production to our Ever-Power machine without buying new molds.

3. Can this machine produce flat or oval bottles?

Yes. The machine features a 4-station rotary table: Injection, Conditioning, Stretch-Blow, and Ejection. The Conditioning station allows for temperature adjustment (heating or cooling specific zones), which is essential for successfully blowing non-round shapes like flat or oval cosmetic bottles.

4. What brand of components do you use?

We use top-tier global components. The turntable motor is from Yaskawa (Jepun), high-pressure valves from Parker (AS), servo systems from Inovance, and lead screws from NSK (Japan). This ensures long-term reliability.
