Two-Stage Innovation for Handle & Oil Bottles

The EP.JS and EP.FS Series are exclusively tailored for the edible oil and condiment markets. The two-stage (reheat and blow) molding process provides the necessary preform conditioning required for heavy-gram-weight containers.

Unlike standard bottles, 5L and 20L oil containers feature uniquely thick necks and heavy walls. Our equipment utilizes a specialized centralized heating system. By precisely controlling the infrared penetration depth, we ensure the thick preform body is perfectly softened for biaxial stretching while the threaded neck remains completely un-deformed. Furthermore, our specialized molds allow for the seamless insertion of front and rear handles during the blowing cycle.

Advanced Analysis: Centralized Heating & Distance Blowing

When utilizing an automatic PET bottle blowing machine for thick-walled, large-capacity preforms (such as 5L and 20L oil bottles), heating efficiency becomes the most significant bottleneck. To resolve this, the EP.JS and EP.FS series implement an advanced Centralized Heating and Distance Blowing architecture.

The Innovation: During the heating phase, the heavy oil preforms are positioned extremely close together (centralized heating). This maximizes the infrared energy absorbed from the lamps, significantly reducing electricity waste and ensuring the thick plastic is deeply and evenly softened.

Once the preforms reach the optimal stretch-blow temperature, a variable-pitch mechanism instantly spreads them apart to the wider distance required by the large 5L-20L blow molds (distance blowing). This patented design effectively saves production costs, slashes electrical overhead by up to 35%, and dramatically improves overall production efficiency for heavy-gram-weight containers.
