Sustainability via rPET: Processing recycled resins often introduces challenges like varying melt flow indexes and premature crystallization (cloudiness). Our multi-zone infrared rotary heating oven delivers deep, highly uniform heat penetration. This allows operators to blow 100% rPET preforms with the same glass-like transparency and zero-stress whitening expected from virgin resin.

Hot-Fill Tolerances: Bottling teas, juices, and sports drinks requires filling temperatures between 85°C and 90°C. Standard PET would shrink and catastrophically deform at these levels. By integrating specialized heating molds and modified stretch blowing cycles, the EP.ES series increases the crystallinity of the PET matrix. This provides the necessary thermal and structural stability to withstand high-temperature filling without vacuum collapse.
