Sustainability via rPET: Processing recycled resins often introduces challenges like varying melt flow indexes and premature crystallization (cloudiness). Our multi-zone infrared rotary heating oven delivers deep, highly uniform heat penetration. This allows operators to blow 100% rPET preforms with the same glass-like transparency and zero-stress whitening expected from virgin resin.

Hot-Fill Tolerances: Bottling teas, juices, and sports drinks requires filling temperatures between 85°C and 90°C. Standard PET would shrink and catastrophically deform at these levels. By integrating specialized heating molds and modified stretch blowing cycles, the EP.ES series increases the crystallinity of the PET matrix.
