How It Works: The 4-Station ISBM Principle

The EPY650-V4 utilizes a Meja putar 4 stesen system that rotates 90 degrees every cycle. This integrates the entire production line into one compact unit, ensuring energy efficiency and superior bottle quality.

1. Injection Station

Molten plastic (PET/PC/PP) is injected into a cooled mold to form the preform. The neck finish is molded to exact tolerances here, ensuring a leak-proof seal for the final cap.

2. Conditioning Station

The hot preform is transferred here for temperature equalization. Heating pots or cooling rods adjust the preform's thermal profile, which is critical for blowing uniform walls in square or oval containers.

3. Stretch-Blow Station

The conditioned preform is stretched axially by a rod and expanded radially by high-pressure air (up to 3.5 MPa). This biaxial orientation significantly increases the bottle's strength and clarity.

4. Ejection Station

The finished bottle cools and is automatically ejected onto a conveyor. Since the bottle never touches the floor or manual handling during forming, it remains pristine and scratch-free.
